The Association of Ontario's Health Centres (AOHC) is Ontario's voice for community-governed primary health care. We believe that better health begins in our homes, in our workplaces, in our schools, and in the communities where we live. AOHC, as well as our members, believe good health is much more than something you get in a medical clinic. Our membership includes Ontario's Community Health Centres, Aboriginal Health Access Centres, Community Family Health Teams and Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics. We represent over 108 community-governed primary health care organizations. Our goal is therefore to work towards a complete state of wellbeing for individuals, families and entire communities.
