Kneider Architects is a multi-faceted firm involved in architecture, planning and multi-disciplinary design consulting., interior design, The firm has been in professional practice since 1971. Total design services shall be provided from initial design, preparation of drawings and specifications, Contract administration during construction until the building is operational and occupied. Innovative designs and a wide variety of building types were recently completed including Commercial, Educational, Institutional, Sports and Recreation facilities., A competent team of professionals is assembled for each project and we believe that by maintaining highly qualified staff members on a specific project until completion will ensure high standards and a superior finished product for our clients., Kneider Architects have worked in co-operation with the Town of Richmond Hill to build the new National Training Rinks, completed September 2002., Kneider Architects have designed several Sports and Recreational Facilities including a Retractable Dome Stadium Proposal for Hamilton, Ontario; a Waterfront Development for the City of Trenton (with two ice rinks and a swimming pool) and the Port Lands Arena Project for City of Toronto (with three ice rinks, restaurant, shops and commercial offices)., Kneider Architects will be the prime consultant and shall co-ordinate the work of all special consultants (including Environmental Landscape Architects, Geotechnical, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Operations and Management Group).
